Computer Science: Principles is a proposed AP course under development that seeks to broaden participation in computing and computer science. Development is being led by a team of computer science educators organized by the College Board and the National Science Foundation.

  • Code.org launches; releases video promoting programming The much anticipated code.org has finally launched. Along with the launch comes a great video that highlights the need for access to learning programming, which is a part of the CS Principles curriculum. Check it out here!

  • Prototype items now available on csprinciples.org! Annotated copies of the prototype free response questions from  2011-12 and the portfolio tasks from 2012-13 are now available on the site. Head over to the 'about the project' tab to check them out!
